John Jr noticed Vasi carried a special magic wand. John Jr was curious and wanted to know more about Vasi wand. 3. Vasi git his hand for his 5th Birthday from his grandpa. Vasi didn't realize that the wand was magical until he was almost 10. He said he stumbled upon it. He has learned the wand direct energy at a person or object for healing or the wand can change into other items, grow, vanish, or move. 3. Vasi did a trick where flowers started shooting out of the wand. Vasi then placed the wand on John Jr's blue shirt and then changed the shirt to green. John Jr was very impressed. 4. John Jr and Vasi went on a hike at the park. Vasi told John Jr the types of trees and flowers that they saw. Vasi showed John Jr a shortcut back to the playground. 5. John Jr played on the teeter toter together and then played on the slide. They had a blast together and became best friends. 6. Vasi seemed very wise and taught John Jr some safety tips while playing. It was dinner time and John Jr invited Vasi to join him. Vasi accepted John Jr invitation and they walked home together.

Makisig returns home with Ligaya, tears in his eyes. But to his surprise, the townspeople are waiting for him outside his house, each holding a small pouch of coins.

This wonderful secret comes from the land of Africa, a place older than the oldest tree, filled with the most exciting tales you could ever hear. In this amazing land, where trees are so tall they seem to tickle the clouds, there lived a tiny bat named Ndutu. Ndutu's story has been told so many times that people sometimes change the names just to keep it a fun surprise for everyone. But Ndutu’s adventure is not just about why he and his bat friends prefer the night. Oh no, it's much more than that! It's a story about making friends, having to say goodbye sometimes, and finding little specks of light even when it’s really dark outside. So why do bats like Ndutu love the night so much? Well, that’s the secret we’re about to discover together. And as we find out, we'll also learn about the special magic of friendship and how it can light up even the darkest places.  

In the bustling city of Hong Kong, 10-year-old Yin Ting stumbled upon an old book titled “The Titanic: A Journey to the Depths of History” in his school library. Intrigued by the photo of a majestic ship, he was captivated by the story of the Titanic—the largest ship of its time, deemed “unsinkable,” but lost to the icy waters of the Atlantic in 1912. Bursting with questions, he rushed home to his parents, Jenifer and Patrick. “Dad, why didn’t they have enough lifeboats?” he asked. Patrick explained, “They believed the ship was so advanced, it wouldn’t sink.” Jenifer added, “It’s a lesson in humility, Yin Ting.” Inspired, he dove into documentaries and articles, mesmerized by the underwater footage of the wreck, imagining himself exploring the Titanic’s haunting remains. Years later, Yin Ting became an oceanographer. Descending in a submarine to the Titanic’s wreck, he marveled at the ship resting in silence. That childhood discovery had shaped his life, turning a fascination into a dream fulfilled.

God describes David as “a man after My own heart” (1 Samuel 13:14, Acts 13:22). That does not mean that he was blameless. We only need to read 2 Samuel 11 to see that David has fallen very low: he took the wife of one of his generals, Bathsheba, because she was very beautiful. When Bathsheba turned out to be pregnant, David called her husband Uriah home from the battle field hoping he would sleep with her. That would “solve” the problem of Bathsheba’s pregnancy. But Uriah didn’t go home, not even when made drunk, so David sent him back to the battle field with a letter ordering his death. After Uriah’s death, David married Bathsheba. The description of this whole story ends with a clear comment: “the thing that David had done displeased the Lord” (2 Samuel 11:27). God didn’t let David get away with this. He confronted him with his sin, and David repented. Psalm 51 gives us an intimate glimpse of his emotions:
